For more than 50 years, the Crocker has proudly presented its Classical Concert Series, featuring the finest musicians and singers from the Sacramento region and around the world. These educational performances are approximately 60 minutes, with no intermission, and draw inspiration from art on view at the Museum.
Isaac Pastor-Chermak, cello and Alison Lee, piano
Pianist Alison Lee and cellist Isaac Pastor-Chermak return to the Crocker with a dynamic program featuring Beethoven's Sonata No. 3, which evokes the sentiment of 19th-century German and Austrian works in the Crocker’s European collection and the budding Romanticism found in Reform to Restoration: French Art from Louis XVI to Louis XVIII from the Horvitz Collection.
Arrive early and enhance your classical concert experience with a Prelude Tour starting at 2 PM.
