The pair reminisce over their formative years growing up surrounded by art in South Africa, explore Ndzube’s multifaceted painting and sculptural practices, and consider what it means to work in the diaspora at a time when contemporary art from Africa is rapidly receiving increased attention abroad.

Bags larger than 8"x 6"X 2" are prohibited inside the Crocker Art Museum during ArtMix events. Baby and medical bags, no larger than 16” x 16” x 8", are permitted but may be searched and tagged by security.
